The Apartment Complex
The ceiling of the communal family room is vaulted. In this room you will find a smart TV. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include sofas and armchairs. The five dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the inner court through two French doors.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the inner yard of the building going down 16 steps. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Your ground floor apartment
The living room is paved with authentic early-twentieth-century decorated terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost — please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has two windows with a view on the inner yard. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
