Location
located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 25 stairway steps.
Exterior and shared space
As guests of the Apartments you will share a beautiful garden , where occasionally some events are organized, and a nice terrace. This really represents a privilege since you will be in the heart of Florence.
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
The ceiling of the family room is vaulted. In this room you will find a smart TV. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include sofas and armchairs. The five dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the inner court through two French doors.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the inner yard of the building going down 16 steps. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Interior
The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost — please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room also has a Juliet balcony, as well as two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
