Located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
\You will not need a car to stay at the Villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a private parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Amalfi 1km where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.

You will reach the 1st garden from the main entrance of the building going up a route that includes approximately 66 stairway steps. The garden is 320 square meters. It is partly shaded by characteristic citrus trees and by fruit trees. The garden is equipped with armchairs. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will reach the 2nd garden from the main entrance of the building going up a route that includes approximately 115 stairway steps. The garden is 250 square meters. It is partly shaded by characteristic citrus trees and by fruit trees. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The terrace of your apartment is 30 square meters large. It is equipped with armchairs, as well as with two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
The 3rd garden is 85 square meters . It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.
Interior
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen or from the first bedroom. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace and the garden through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
