Exterior
The terrace is 100 square metres. It is partly shaded by a tall retractable awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine located inside an arch-shaped niche at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is crossed by the caretaker as a means of access.
Interior
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a small sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor.
