Gallipoli is 24 km away, with beaches at Posto Rosso, Torre San Giovanni and Baia Verde all within easy reach. Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Otranto and Lecce are also easily accessible by car. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Casarano, around 4 km from the property.

The villa is enclosed by dry-stone walls and surrounded by approximately 1,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation including fruit trees, pomegranate, lavender and climbing roses. A reed-covered dining area with barbecue is located next to the kitchen, with a shaded seating area nearby overlooking the pool. The grounds also feature a cold-water shower, whirlpool tub for four (unheated), and a designer gas fireplace with steel surround and panoramic window. Internal parking is available within the property.
The pool is located in front of the villa and accessed directly from the living area. Rectangular in shape; measures 10.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined with PVC; Roman steps for access; chlorine purification; internal lighting and ambient twilight lighting; sun terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrella. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
