The apartment is spread over 3 levels and is accessed directly from the street via several flights of condominium stairs that lead up to the entrance. The entrance, on the intermediate floor, leads into a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen that has direct access out to the panoramic terrace set up as a dining area and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. From the living room a corridor leads to two bathrooms with shower and two double bedrooms; at the end of the corridor is a spiral staircase connecting the other two floors. Going up the stairs, you come to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace furnished with a sofa. Going down the stairs, you come to a fitness area with gym equipment and a small bathroom with shower.
Garden:
The property has 2 large panoramic terraces. The main one located on the intermediate floor has direct access from the kitchen and is equipped for dining, or simply just relaxing, whilst enjoying the view and taking advantage of a 6-seat jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The second terrace is located on the top floor and is accessed directly from the double bedroom. It also has a breath-taking view and is organised as a cosy living area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
The price does not include:
- electricity (€ 80,00/week in low season – € 80,00/week in May and medium – € 100,00/week high and peak season), tourism tax (€1,50 per person for the first 7 days.
