Interior
The accommodation consists of a large common structure with kitchen, living room and a guest bedroom and bathroom. There are four renovated traditional trulli, each with a kitchenette/sitting area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. In two of the trulli, there is also a sofa-bed are in the kitchenette/living area. In the other two trulli, one has twin beds in a separate room, and the other has a sofa-bed in a separate room. The optimum number of people for couples staying is 12 people, although is all beds/sofa-beds are used, the property can accommodate up to 18 people in total. Amenities include a TV in each building unit, air conditioning, washing machine and Wi-Fi internet.

Trullo 4: Double bed, plus sofa-bed in the living area, and 1 bathroom.
Exterior
There is a swimming pool (15×8 m, with a gradual depth of 2m), surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, and a big gazebo with a sink and a barbecue. There are wonderful views from the garden to the hills of Ceglie Messapica. The property is accessed by automatic gate, and there is covered parking available.
