The exterior of the property is characterized by a beautiful driveway with dry walls and succulents, as well as trees and palms in the lawn area which surrounds the panoramic swimming pool. There is also a portico, furnished with tables and sofas at the front of the house, with breathtaking views over the sea and Mount Etna. In a corner of the garden is a wood oven and barbecue where guests can prepare alfresco meals.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

The property consists of the main house spread over two floors. From the entrance gate, the driveway runs alongside the garden with swimming pool up to the large panoramic veranda which leads into the main part of the house with the large living room with fireplace which communicates with a service bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen with American fridge and wok for those wishing to prepare great international dishes. A staircase leads from the living room up to the first floor with the main bedroom suite with the whirlpool tub and bathroom with shower; the corridor leads to the twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with shower with the comunicating double room. On the second floor are 2 more double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower.
