Exterior
1.500 sqm of garden, excellently maintained and embellished with flowering plants. Here you will find the swimming pool from where you have a wonderful view on the landscape of the Cortona hills.
Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The swimming pool measures 4 x 8 m, from 1 to 1,90 m deep, is fully furnished (beach chairs, regular chairs and a table).
Interior
The house is built on two levels. On the ground floor there are a large lobby, lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, twin bedroom. An internal staircase leading up to the first floor with a living room/study, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A laundry room has been created outside in the annex, provided with all necessary fittings.
The price does not include:
- electricity (€ 120,00 per week in low and in medium season – € 150,00 per week in high season). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.
- Tourism tax (€ 2,50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Please note that children under 12 years old will not pay).
