Exterior
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
The terrace is 180 square meters (1940 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a small sofa, as well as with a table, chairs, a gazebo and an hammock. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the garden.
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 4.5 meter (15 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies — please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas and an armchair. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
