At the property, you will be able to arrange dinners and cooking classes on request for extra fee, and you will also be able to book excursions, wine tours and other activities such as horse-riding or lake sport fishing. The gardener lives on the premises.
Exterior
The swimming pool is 7 meters large by 13 meters long, from 1.20 meter to 2.40 meters deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, until 8 pm.
The garden is 5000 square meters large. It is partly shaded by ancient olive trees and by tall cypresses. The garden is equipped with wood sofas, as well as with chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The patio is 15 square meters large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
Interior
Ground Floor
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include three armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
1st floor
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
