Location

Torri del Benaco is a charming village overlooking the shores of Lake Garda. Its privileged location allows for easy exploration of the main towns of the lake, such as Bardolino and Lazise, as well as the renowned Valpolicella wineries, the amusement parks of Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland, and the art cities of Verona, Mantua and Venice. Also nearby are the Colà thermal baths and the Aquardens wellness centre, ideal for moments of relaxation. The A22 motorway can be reached in about 25 minutes by car, making travel convenient and easy.

Exterior

The garden extends over two terraces. On the upper level is a private parking area a few steps from the main entrance of the villa, a terrace with sitting area, a barbecue area and the swimming pool. On the lower level, the lawn areas surround the direct exits to the outside of all the rooms. The covered terrace with lake view, at the exit of the upper-floor living room, is equipped with a dining table.

The private pool is located in the garden on a terrace of the upper floor of the villa. Irregularly-shaped and measuring 9 x 4 m with a depth of 140 cm, it is lined with tiles and accessed via a metal ladder; it has internal lighting. The solarium is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a cold-water shower. Open from 1 May to 30 October.

Interior

The villa is spread over two levels on sloping terrain for a total area of about 300 sq m.
UPPER FLOOR – Living room with dining table, sofa, piano (not tuned – ornamental) and direct access to the terrace with dining table and lake view; kitchen with access to the outdoor areas of the garden, pool and barbecue area; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
LOWER FLOOR – TV room with direct access to the garden; three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers and direct access to the garden; laundry area.
