The garden extends for approximately 6,000 square meters and includes lawns, olive trees, and rosemary, lavender, broom, and rose bushes. An outdoor pergola adjacent to the kitchen is shaded by climbing wisteria and furnished with a dining table and chairs. A portable barbecue is available. The property is accessed via an iron gate and a short stretch of dirt road (approximately 20 meters) that leads to a covered parking area for three cars, located a few meters from the house.
The pool is set on a terraced area above the villa, reached via a 30 m stone path. South-facing and open to panoramic views, the pool is rectangular; measures 12 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; lined in PVC with terracotta-tiled border; access via four wide steps; chlorine purification system; internal lighting; cold-water outdoor shower. The surrounding area includes sunbeds, umbrellas, and a shaded lounge with table, chairs, and a large sofa beneath a wooden gazebo covered in wisteria and jasmine. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
