Exterior
The private garden, which covers over 9,000 sq m, is completely fenced and features olives, centuries-old trees, seasonal blooms and numerous relaxation areas. The large marble patio in front of the villa is furnished with a gazebo with dining table and lounge. Access to the property is via an automatic gate. There are eight parking spaces available, five of which in a closed garage with an overhead door.
Private pool, located within the grounds in a private area. Rectangular and measuring 20 x 10 m with a variable depth of up to 2 m, it is lined in tiles and equipped with a chlorine purification system. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower and a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. The pool is open from 1 May to 5 October.
