The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. In the garden you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up approximately 15 stairway steps. It is equipped with wood benches, as well as with chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.6 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

There is a practical fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window, and it’s equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
