Exterior
The garden is 100 square meters large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees and by an awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the Mediterranean sea and of La Spezia. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The swimming pool is 5 meters large by 11 meters long, 1.45 meters deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of La Spezia. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Interior
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
