Location
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano – Praiano line at 120 meters and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km. You will reach Villa Vola from the street level going up a 150-meters public walkway that includes approximately 62 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Vola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in one of the private parking lots of Praiano (pending availability).

Exterior
You will reach the swimming pool from the first terrace going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 4 meters large by 6 meters long, 1.4 meters deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The first terrace is 40 square meters large. It is shaded by a roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
The second roof terrace is 200 square meters large. You will be able to enter it from the first terrace along an external stairway. It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by an awning. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. On the terrace you will find a fitness area equipped with a home gym and a fitness bench. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
The garden is 60 square meters. It is shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. You will be able to reach it from the second terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will have a gorgeous view of the sea.
Interior
You will be able to enter the living room from the first terrace through a corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a high window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
