The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden filled with Mediterranean plants and lawns. The outdoor spaces include several lounging areas, lawns, a balcony with comfortable lounge area facing the lake and a dining terrace outside the kitchen with a gas barbecue. Steps lead down from the terrace to a lawn and the pool area.
The private pool measures 10 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 10 cm to 1.80 m; a diving board at the deep end; Steps into the pool at the shallow end; pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Open from 15 April to 30 October.
