A covered dining terrace to the side and a large balcony terrace at the back offer inviting outdoor spaces. The garden and beautifully situated pool lie just below the villa and are exclusively for the use of guests.

Inside, the villa combines Tuscan character with modern comfort: 200 square metres of living space, open-plan design, exposed wooden beams, and plenty of natural light. The large bedroom and elegant bathroom feature a spa shower and private sauna for added relaxation. The friendly owners live next door and are happy to share local tips, though they are often out during the day, allowing guests to enjoy full privacy.
