The property produces its own olive oil.
A stay here is marked by the peaceful surroundings, the beauty of the local stone, the easy flow between indoors and outdoors, the terraces and covered porches, the open air pizza oven with barbecue and of course the large swimming pool (16 x 5m). The pool area has an outdoor shower, as well as a shaded sitting area
The property was restored by an architect from Rome who applied bio-architectural principles, cleverly combining natural elements such as stone and water with a clean contemporary look. Works of art by emerging artists (Italian and international) adorn the wall, part of a collection put together by the owner over the last 15 years.

You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach the Villa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at the Villa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to the Villa is along a 500-meter country road.
