Exterior
The terrace is 20 square meters large. You will reach it from Casa Netta going down approximately ten stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a roof and by an awning. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
The parking area is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.
Interior
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a small sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through an external access.
