The house benefits from a large garden of 3000m² not overlooked.
– A magnificent heated swimming pool, entirely new in spring 2020, secured by an alarm, dimensions 10 x 4m, average depth 1.40m with a flat bottom, accessible by a very pretty immersed side beach and two small stairs. This large immersed beach will be ideal for the youngest or those who wish to lie down or sit in the water. The swimming pool is illuminated at night so that you can also enjoy midnight swims. The water is treated with salt and will guarantee you a great bathing comfort without chemicals. It is open from the beginning of April to the end of October, depending on the weather.
– A beach on the south side of the swimming pool with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor shower.
– A terrace shaded by a tiled roof offering direct access to the kitchen and equipped with a barbecue area, a large dining table and chairs.
Inside
This Provençal mas with swimming pool in the Luberon is on 2 levels. It’s a pleasant family house with bright and spacious rooms.

Kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, 3 burner gas hob and 1 electric hob.
A storeroom with washing machine.

– A large south-facing bedroom with two 100×200 cm twin beds (made into a double bed, which can be separated on request) and private adjoining bathroom including a toilet, a shower and a double sink.
– A south-facing bedroom with 2 twin beds 90×200 cm (made into a double bed) with private adjoining bathroom, including a toilet, a walk-in shower, and 2 basins.
– A south-facing bedroom with two twin beds 90×200 cm (made into a double bed) and an extra bed 140 cm wide for children
– A small east-facing bedroom with 2 twin beds 80×190 cm and a small wardrobe.
– A retro style bathroom, independent (common use to the last 2 bedrooms) containing a double sink, a toilet, a heated towel rail and a shower.
Sleeps a maximum of 8/10 people.
Cleaning at the end of the stay : 170€.
