Exterior
The property is immersed in a park which is not fenced and is a mix of small stones, lawn and a notable number of secular Oaks trees. In the external area there is a table with chairs ideal for outdoor meals in the renown “forest of oaks”. Right in the woods behind the house, only 10-20 meters away, there is a lovely brook which makes it very romantic and relaxing thanks to the continuous rustling water.
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool distances about 10 meters from the property and is surrounded by a well kept lawn and a beautiful oak tree which makes shadow on a part of the solarium area. The rectangular shaped pool measures 4 x 8 meters with a variable depth from 1,10 to 1,80 meters. This area is equipped with sun loungers.
Interior
The property is divided onto two floors. From the entrance, there is the dining room, and well equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor area with “cotto” flooring and equipped with table and chairs. From the dining room via an internal spiral staircase, there is a living room which has direct access onto the terrace equipped with TV and a single bed, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
