The fenced garden covers a terraced area of approximately 1,500 sq m. Set amongst olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the property features a sauna, a small gym (with exercise bike and dumbbells) with guest bathroom, elegant lounge areas, a 2 x 2 m hot tub, a ping pong table and a modern swimming pool adjacent to the veranda with dining table and a convenient outdoor kitchen. The vehicle gate leads to the private parking area with space for three cars.
The pool is situated at the same level as the villa, at the exit of the veranda. Rectangular, it measures 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. It is purified using an automated chlorine system. It features a counter-current swimming system and Roman steps for access. The solarium area of approximately 40 sq m is equipped with sunbeds, small tables, sofas and two umbrellas. A shower with hot and cold water is available. Open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
