Interior:
The house, furnished with great care and in an unusual style with light colours, manages to charm with a unique appeal. It has only one floor; the main entrance leads to the fitted kitchen which also has direct access out to the porch. From the kitchen you go into the living room with a queen size sofa bed with access to the porch overlooking the pool. Drom the living room, through a corridor, it is possible to reach the two bathrooms with shower and the two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin with joinable beds.
Park:
The property is surrounded by a 1500 sq m park, in which are found two verandas furnished with tables and chairs and a lawn area leading to the swimming pool. In the front part of the grounds is a parking area suitable for tree small or medium-sized cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in front of the house. It measures 10 x 5 m with the depth ranging from 1,20 to 2,10 m. It is lined in PVC with chlorine purification; access to the water is via steel ladder or Roman steps. The 50 sq m solarium area is laid out on one side and is equipped with 6 sunbeds and an umbrella. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
The price does not include:
- electricity (€ 130,00/week), tourism tax (€ 1,00 for person for day – children under 10 are exempt). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.
On Request:
- extra cleaning (€ 22,00/hour per cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 20,00/100 Kg),
Security deposit
- Security deposit is covered by a € 49,00 insurance payment at time of booking
