It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
1st floor
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Exterior
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.50 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of May until the beginning of October.
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
