Location
Versilia is that geographical area that extends from the Apuan Alps to the Versilia Riviera, the most famous tourist-seaside area of Tuscany, cradle of the Italian bella vita of the 60s and 70s, and “mother” of bathing. All along the seafront, from Marina di Massa to Viareggio, is a continuous succession of bathing establishments. Pietrasanta is the main town of Versilia, rich in art and traditions, while Marina di Pietrasanta extends for 4 kms along the coast between Forte dei Marmi and Lido di Camaiore with well organised sandy beaches; here you can find the famous nightclubs of the Versilia smart set. Villa La Versiliana, set within the park of the Pineta della Versilia, a former holiday residence which had the honour of hosting various illustrious personages, including Gabriele d’Annunzio, is today a theatre-park with a rich and renowned programme of events held mainly during the summer.

Exterior
The property is characterised by about 1000 m of garden, partly green lawn, with pines, holm oaks and typical Mediterranean plants as well as beautiful clumps of colourful flowers. The park surrounding the villa is very well maintained, partly lawn with pines and holm oaks as well as bushes of typical Mediterranean plants and flowers. Behind the villa is the laundry area and a brick-built barbecue. Facing onto the park are two porticos, one set up with table and chairs for alfresco dining and the other with large sofas and armchairs for total relaxation.
The swimming pool, open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October of rectangular shape and PVC TOUCH internal lining, measuring 12 x 4 m with a depth of 1.50m and facilitated access through internal steps all along its short side. The surrounding solarium is set up with sun loungers. Purification is in salt.
Interior
The Villa has three floors. Up five steps from the entrance, you come to the living area with, on the left, the dining area with table and chairs and, behind it, the sofa and TV area in front of which is the eat-in kitchen. To the right of the entrance is a small bedroom with a single bed suitable for children and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, reached by a stone staircase, is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub.
Continuing up the stairs to the attic floor, you come to another double bedroom with the french size bed and bathroom with shower.
