Not far from the property, along the scenic Chiantigiana road, a true panoramic bridge linking Siena (about 25 km away) to Florence (about 50 km away), you can make daily excursions to well-known places like Radda, Gaiole, Greve and Panzano – rich in artistic treasures, churches and Renaissance villas perched on panoramic hills – or go further afield to the fascinating little towns of San Gimignano, Volterra or Montalcino.
NB The villa is located within an agritourism estate with some others houses for rent but is completely independant and separated by hedges. About 100 m away is the caretakers’ house – they are very discreet and always on hand for any needs or requests of the guests.

The garden surrounding the house, with olive trees, bushes of herbs and varicoloured roses, forms a splendid frame together with the vineyards, dense woods (where it is not uncommon to meet deer, porcupines, squirrels and fox) esand hills that delimit it naturally. Relaxation areas have been set up in a splendid panoramic position in front of the entrance: a sitting area with sofas, armchairs and little tables and a dining area with barbecue, shaded by large umbrellas. Close by is a large parking area.

The Villa has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a large living room divided into dining area and sitting area with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV. In front of the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen which communicates with the outdoor dining area. On this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower for the use of the common area. In every room, French windows lead out to the garden. Two staircases lead up to the top floor; the first goes to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and to a suite composed of double bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower; the second staircase goes from the sitting area up to the last suite composed of double bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower.
